My name is Brigitte Adela (my pronouns are she/her). 

 

I'm a theatre director, facilitator and sound artist.

At the core of my practice is creating safe, inclusive, nourishing spaces for the sharing and exploring of ideas through imagination and creativity.

I'm currently a facilitator with Young Coneys and on Tamasha's Directors Programme 

​

The aim for this website, this patch of my cyber space, is to be a journey through my process, a scrapbook of developing thoughts and an accumulation of some of my work.

I will fail at this at times.                             And that's what tea is for.
